Martin – I can see that! I think 2010 will also be a year of people trying to find the next beer gimmick, following the huge off-side success of Bud Lite Lime. Every brewer is going to want a piece of the action!

Stephanie – Not-so-secret confession: I once ate an entire jar of Old El Paso queso. Yes, the fake cheez sauce that’s made from oil, chemicals, and not much else. I still feel the shame over that, and yet fake cheez is an embarrassing weakness of mine. I guess you can say I also have a soft spot for OEP.

Sara – The thought of more cheese just warms me inside. If you found any favorite reds, please do share!!

i am so with you! i read the tired trends first and tried to think of what you’d chosen for today. cheese was the first thing that came to mind… more cheese!

i spent 2009 drinking portuguese and spanish reds–here’s hoping people will start believing me when i say these are what’s good now… (i’ll send them here)
